Edgewood Outfitters LLC., provides a 90 day parts and labor warranty starting from the date of Installation. Any product that is found to be defective within this warranty period will, at the option of Edgewood Outfitters LLC, be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not apply to parts or equipment provided by the costumer or to re-installed equipment. This warranty is not extended to any product, which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than Edgewood Outfitters LLC. Check with manufacturers for additional product warrantees and service plans.
Invoices shall be paid upon completion of service(s). All payments must be received within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Amounts that are not paid in full when due will be subject to interest charges of the lesser of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest amount permitted by law, which interest shall accrue daily. If the customer does not give Edgewood Outfitters LLC. written notice of a dispute with respect to Edgewood Outfitters LLC. charges or taxes within one (1) month of the date of an invoice, such invoice shall be deemed to be correct and binding . In the event Customer fails to pay an invoice within 30 days of invoice date, Edgewood Outfitters LLC. may issue a notice of default, and may discontinue the Services and/or terminate this Agreement in the event Customer has not fully paid all invoices within seven (7) days of the default notice. Customer agrees to pay Edgewood Outfitters LLC. It’s reasonable expenses, including attorney and collection agency fees, incurred in enforcing it’s rights under this Agreement.
Return Policy:
We stand behind everything we sell. If at any time in the first 30 days your purchase does not meet your expectations or is found to be defective, simply return it to us for a refund, repair, or replacement.
Refund Methods
Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original sale. Please allow up to 14 business days for a refund to be posted to your credit card account from the date a refund is processed. If a refund is requested after 30 days, your refund will be made in the form of Edgewood Outfitters store credit.
We can return funds only to debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa insignia. We will issue Edgewood Outfitters store credit for purchases made using other debit cards. Also, you may elect to receive either an Edgewood Outfitters company check or store credit for refunds over $100 for original purchases made by cash or check.
Product found to be defective outside of the Edgewood Outfitters 90 day warranty period, will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We are here to help with manufacturer warranty claims. Please give us a call and we will do what it takes to get your claim processed as quickly as possible.
